“Mr. Shakoto, I understand what you are asking but he is much too busy with extremely important company details at the moment to even communicate via video conference.” The Human Resources rep. for W.C.O. had been part of this uncomfortable call for an hour now. His face blatantly showed he was ready to just hang up, but Shakoto was a VIP to the company and he knew it.
“Kid, I don’t care if he is in the middle of triple by pass heart surgery, and you have to drag him into that room on a bed. GO. GET. DIRECTOR AION! NOW!” Shakoto was yelling with his gravelly voice, it sounded like it could scratch glass it was so sharp. The HR rep. looked down at his phone and then back up at the TV.
Warrior awakened in a state of haze and confusion as a tall man wearing all white stood over her. Her eyes, along with the rest of her body was exhausted from her fight with the brute Agent. The sun was reflected and intensified by the man’s white, metallic looking outfit.
“You… look… ridiculous…” Warrior just barely muffled with what energy she had left.
“And you look ready to go exploring in the Outback. Are you on a safari? No, of course not. You are out here killing my father’s army of idiotic clones.” Zytier bent down and intensely slapped Warrior across the face. His suit completely covered his body, including his hands, and was strangely chilly even in the intense desert sun.
“Where is Warrior?” Azizz was standing at the driver’s door of a large jeep parked on the opposite site of the rock pile the group had been standing on. He waited until the three of them had walked closer to his position and asked again. “Is Warrior coming? She’s still alive isn’t she? Who is the small boy?” Jesika was holding Agent 7c’s small hand as they climbed into the backseat of the vehicle.
“My weapon seemed to have had a run in with the law and she is rather spent from the ordeal. I suggest we drive around to pick her up. I put a lot of money into finding her, I wouldn’t want to lose my investment.” Shakoto climbed into the passager’s seat and glanced back at his sister. She was playing with a small game device as the child lay asleep atop her sweaty cleavage, but the child didn’t seem to mind. Jesika looked up and smiled at her brother, he smiled weakly in return, as Azizz climbed into his seat and began to drive around the large rock pillar.
A tall, thin man sat quietly in the dark; only the low picks of a guitar echoed from his ear phones. His music was much louder than it needed to be in order to hear music so close to his ears. It must have been a good song as he slowly blobbed his head to the bass he didn’t hear the man in a suit call for him from the door way.
“ZYTIER!” The man from the door way yelled again and Zytier slowly opened his eyes. His glowing blue eyes illuminated the dark room; tears fell from his blue eyes as he looked up. “YOU ARE WANTED ON THE BRIDGE!” The man yelled from the door way before walking away while throwing his arms upwards in frustration.
Zytier slowly stood up and adjusted his uniform before heading to the bridge; music still blasting loudly from his ear phones.
The ground beneath Seven violently shook as if something was trying to punch over the pillar the three of them resided atop. Shakoto blew Jesika’s silver white hair out of his face as she quickly turned her head around. Seven leaned forward, looking passed his polished dress shoes and saw Agent 9c pinned against the rocks below as Warrior pummeled him like a sack of potatoes.
Warrior slowly opened her eyes only to be greeted by Jesika’s sweaty cleavage as she fumbled with the back of her neck. Warrior raised her hand to swat her away but her arm didn’t move. She tried to lift her leg but it didn’t budge.
“Bee getha jook ram!” Warrior immediately realized her body must be trying to heal a serious wound. Judging by her symptoms it must have been a hit to the head. Warrior noticed Jesika’s handgun laying on the ground next to her. “DITH JOU STHOOD NE?” Jesika started to laugh and the sweat from her chest sprinkled Warrior’s face.
“You idiot, I didn’t shoot you. Your assassin did, from up there.” She pointed to a tall rock formation on the horizon behind her. “Ah, ha!” Jesika squealed as she stood up and placed the gold necklace upon herself.
A small, one passenger helicopter softly touched down atop one of the steepest mountains in the desert. A young man stepped out, detached a large case just underneath his door, and rushed to the edge of the cliff. He opened the case and removed only a high powered scope. Adjusting it quickly he surveyed the land below when his ear piece began to quietly hum.
“Agent 3c this is HQ, your GPS has notified us that you have stopped. Have you located the target once again?” Agent 3c ignored the voice in his right ear and continued his search. Just out of the corner of his eye he suddenly noticed a small breeze of sand. He immediately zoomed out on the location in order to watch which way the sand was being blown. Slowly, the tail of the path began to settle within view.
“East. I’ve located the target HQ I’m proceeding as planned. Confirm radio silence until this Agent has reestablished communication.”
“Your questions are getting us no where! Who the hell attacked us in the tent, what the hell is this ‘Warrior’ woman, and why the HELL are her bullet wounds nowhere to be seen?” Shakoto slammed his fist down on the fragile table, knocking over one of the piles of metal meal plates Warrior had been stacking. The noise of the empty plates crashing on top of each other in the sand seemed to only further hurt the painful silence. Warrior stood up and Shakoto quickly stepped back with caution.
“You’re right; I’ll use the local terrain maps to scout the nearby mountains for my attacker. You two seem to have some business affairs to discuss.” Warrior picked up one of the maps from the pile Azizz had laid out on the table.
“I’m going with you.” Jesika slowly lifted herself while supporting herself on the table. Her legs were like noodles in the wind as she tried to stand up on her heels. Shakoto rushed to her side; grabbing her little waist with his large arms.
“Help those two up; I’m going to take her to the medical tent. Meet us in the chow tent.” Azizz motioned a couple workers to aid the doctor and the siblings. He unbuttoned his white shirt and handed blindly to Warrior. “Here, this should be big enough to cover you until we get you some cloths of your own, follow me.” Warrior stepped quickly behind Azizz as she tried to figure out the mechanics of so many buttons. A cleanup crew rushed passed them, after getting the all clear signal over their walkie talkies, too clean up the remains of the burned tent and salvage the equipment.
Agent 3c quickly stood up and threw his rifle over his shoulder, and began to climb up the rope hanging just outside his cave. The smoke from the explosion could be seen for miles as Agent 3c threw his rifle into the back of a small helicopter resting at the top of the cliff. Thrusting the large blade counter-clockwise the small aircraft began to roar as if it noticed Agent 3c’s urgency with the situation.
Shakoto roared as he violently stood up, waving his large hand through the thick black smoke around him. The force behind his hand was strong enough to blow a portion of the smoke away revealing a naked woman standing before him with her eyes frozen shut. He quickly glanced down at the woman who seemed to be looking him directly in the eyes, even though she barely reached his chest. He opened his mouth to speak, as he took in air the woman’s head twitched to the side and she threw a blind punch to Shakoto’s stomach. He nearly missed grabbing her fist in mid air, and yelled over his ringing ears.
